21 Gun Salute Breaking the Silence on Anxiety and Depression 2024

This event is to break the silence regarding anxiety and depression and to cement the notion that it is okay not to be okay,

to destigmatize depression,

to enter into conversation,

not to camouflage yourself and suffer in silence.

Highly effective help is out there, but only available to those who seek it actively.

Participation:  I/we would love to participate in this event or donate towards it.

Booking and fireing one of the twenty one shots requires a donation of R1000 towards the charitable fund of Lodge Astrea 3073 UGLE Dist. SA North, and raised funds will be exclusively used to support the facility of Epilepsy South Africa’s facility in Dullstroom.

It is also possible to share a shot amongst friends and family.

An email will be sent to you, to the email address provided above with banking details to EFT your donation to.
The cut-off date for pre-registration on 07/09/2024.
Shots sponsored on the day, will be charged at R1500 per shot.

Do note that this is a very noisy event, and children without adult supervision will not be allowed.  Hearing protection for attendees will be provided.  Residents must please ensure that sensitive animals are either kept indoors or taken for a long walk for the approximately two hours of the event.
